Some mods may also be missing from this. Again, sorry for that as some mod creators hosted their mod on platforms such as zippyshare, rapidshare, modulous, or megaupload which are dead.
Sometimes the files were deleted from sites that have been around forever such as mediafire, mega, or dropbox.
This means the files are most likely gone forever unless someone with a backup/copy of it comes forward.
I also ignore mods that link directly to gamebanana.

Most filenames are not modified once downloaded, with a few exceptions.
Unknown PCS/PAC/REL.rar files were downloaded with no visible indication of whatever it is.
Unknown SD Card.rar files were downloaded as sd.raw files (presumably they're modpacks made for use with Dolphin).

I try to rename these files when I can but I can't test every one of them or understand what every mod is supposed to be.

This is simply an archival project which includes every single accessible file from the original Brawl Vault.
These mods & files do not represent me or my interests.

Being archived as 1 giant folder due to most mods posted in this category overlapping into every subcategory.

Some huge packs such as LegacyMP+ or PMEX Remix which are 10+ GB are archived in a folder rather than compressed into a RAR/ZIP.
This is so people can choose whether to download the Wii or Dolphin version without downloading the entire 10+ GB archive.
